damos.MODEL STUDIO

DIGITAL ARTWORK. PHYSICAL POSSIBILITIES.

Turn your logo
into something
you can print.

Create custom keychains and raised signs from your artwork. Adjust the dimensions, inspect the 3D model, and take it straight to your slicer.

THE STUDIOEARLY PROTOTYPE

From outline
to solid geometry.

Your artwork becomes a raised design with a flat backing. The preview and download use the same geometry.

Current exports contain one solid model. Filament assignments are configured in your slicer.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

A shorter path from
artwork to a printable object.

Personalized products often begin with a logo and a lot of manual modelling. Damos brings shape extraction, dimensions, solid geometry and export into one browser workspace.

01

Bring your artwork

Upload a logo or drawing. Choose dark shapes, light shapes or a transparent outline, and adjust the extraction threshold.

02

Make it your object

Choose a raised logo or keychain. Set the width, backing thickness, raised detail and margin. Keychains include an attachment hole.

03

Inspect and export

Rotate the actual model and download an STL or 3MF in millimetres. Inspect the small details and sliced layers before printing.

BUILT FOR MAKERS

For the people turning
ideas into real products.

Independent 3D print businesses

Prepare personalized logo products without rebuilding the same basic geometry for every customer.

Designers and small brands

Explore a physical version of a logo and share a printable model with a production partner.

Hobbyists and maker spaces

Try custom designs through a visual workflow with explicit dimensions and downloadable files.

OUR GOAL

Describe the object.
Keep control of the result.

Our long-term goal is to let makers upload artwork, describe the product they want, and receive an editable model built around real printing constraints.

AVAILABLE TODAY

A working geometry prototype

  • Logo outline extraction and smooth solid extrusion
  • Raised signs and keychains with editable dimensions
  • Interactive 3D preview and STL / 3MF downloads

PLANNED · CLAUDE INTEGRATION

A design assistant that understands your request

We plan to use the Claude API to translate natural-language requests into editable product settings, ask for missing dimensions, and explain suggested changes.

“Make this logo a 60 mm keychain with a 2 mm backing and a hole on the left.”

The geometry engine will construct the model. Users will review the settings and preview before exporting. Claude is not connected to the current prototype.

Next product milestones

01

Validate real prints
Test varied logos and exported files in supported slicers and on physical printers.

02

Add useful object formats
Explore desk logos, custom backing shapes and separate colour parts.

03

Introduce guided design
Connect Claude with user-approved settings and evaluate helpfulness, accuracy and API cost.

WHY DAMOS

Built around a practical maker problem.

This project grew out of repeated workflows creating personalized 3D-printable products from images: preparing outlines, correcting dimensions, checking details and rebuilding files after each revision. Damos aims to make those adjustments directly available to the maker.

We are at the prototype stage and are looking for feedback from people who actually print. There are no paid plans or checkout in the current version.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST PRINT

A few useful answers.

Does Damos generate real printable files?

Yes. The prototype exports STL or 3MF solid geometry in millimetres. Use a slicer to choose printer settings and generate printer instructions. Inspect your model and its sliced layers before printing.

Can a photo become a full 3D sculpture?

Not in this prototype. It extracts flat shapes from logos and drawings and creates raised reliefs. Reconstructing a full object from photographs requires a separate system.

Does it create multicolour files?

Current downloads contain one solid model. Preview colours distinguish the raised design from its backing; they are not filament assignments. Separate colour parts and supported multicolour workflows are planned.

What makes a good source image?

Use a clean, high-resolution logo with clear shapes. Small lettering, gradients and blurry edges are harder to reproduce. Adjust outline quality and threshold, then inspect the result.

Is the prototype free?

Yes. No payment or application account is required. Future commercial plans have not been announced.

Are my images uploaded or used to train AI?

The modelling workflow processes your image in your browser. It does not upload your artwork to Damos or an AI service. Future AI features will explain what data is sent before you use them.

Is Damos powered by Claude or affiliated with Anthropic?

Claude integration is planned and is not live. Damos does not currently claim an Anthropic partnership, endorsement or membership in the Claude Startups program.
